The Lumley website was quite a challenge. There were four main stakeholders that needed to be catered for who wanted quite different things out of one website. We reorganised the architecture and the signposting to give each stakeholder group their own “version” of the website with information biased accordingly.
Each stakeholder relies on different tools and downloads in order to process claims and “do all things insurance”. A dynamic palette on the right offers the most sort-after features just a click away.
