What is graphic design?
Put simply graphic design is the process of choosing and organising words, images and messages into a form that communicates and influences its audience.
Strictly speaking graphic design is involved at almost every level of our service offer – including the visual elements in branding, the page layout in brochures, the positioning of elements on a poster for advertising, web pages, computer user-interfaces, etc, etc. That said, for our purposes, we use it as a label to categorise all the design disciplines that fall outside of the highly specialised areas of brand design and website design.
What do we mean by ideas-led?
Ideas-led design is the difference between effective, fit-for-purpose, solution based communication and graphic design for design sake – we only do the former. To quote our values and behaviours page ‘our thinking will have its ‘t’ crossed and its ‘i’s dotted and so will our solution’. This means you can be rest-assured that the final result will be spot-on, on-brand and will deliver the tangible results that are on-brief.
